Against Los Angeles, watch Philadelphia's first two plays of each drive before judging the play calling on third down. 2. How does Matthew Stafford distribute the ball?
Rams receiver Puka Nacua missed the last two games with a hip issue that coach Sean McVay later described as groin soreness. On Monday, McVay said the team was hopeful Nacua could play against Philadelphia, but did not confirm his availability. Tight end Terrance Ferguson and cornerback Jaylen Watson were considered likely to miss the game; tight end Colby Parkinson's status was still uncertain. A replacement's assignments, help from safeties and Philadelphia's willingness to test that area will tell us more than the injury headline alone.
Philadelphia has a shorter turnaround after playing Monday night. That is a real scheduling factor, but it does not automatically decide the game.
