Covered action date: Tuesday, November 3, 2026, Eastern Time. This edition covers 30 verified finals: two FBS football games and 28 games from the men’s Division I basketball schedule, including games against non-Division I opponents. These are sports results, not ISR’s paid-pick performance.
Coverage note: Warren Wilson–North Carolina A&T is omitted from this edition. No score, result or official status is assigned to that game, and this recap does not claim to cover every scheduled contest.
NCAA Football FBS — Ohio stays perfect in conference; Buffalo wins in overtime
| Matchup / box score | Away–home | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Ohio Bobcats at Akron Zips | 28–20 | Final |
| Buffalo Bulls at Miami (OH) RedHawks | 34–31 | Final/OT |
- Buffalo won 34–31 in overtime at Miami (Ohio), improving to 6–3 overall and 4–1 in the MAC. Miami fell to 5–4 and 3–2.
- Jason Wright passed for 358 yards and two touchdowns with two interceptions. Chance Morrow caught twelve passes for 199 yards and both Buffalo passing touchdowns.
- Ohio beat Akron 28–20, moving to 7–2 and 5–0 in conference play. Akron fell to 1–8.
- Duncan Brune rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown. Nick Poulos passed for 197 yards and a touchdown; Dom Dorwart had four receptions for 108 yards and a score.
ISR analysis: Buffalo’s overtime result and Ohio’s eight-point win require different possession context. Wright’s large passing total came with two interceptions, while Ohio paired passing production with Brune’s rushing work. Preserve both the successful plays and the mistakes when reviewing the next matchup; the final score alone is not a complete description of either offense.

ISR analysis: The opening slate mixed comfortable home wins with a two-point road result at Kansas State. Those outcomes provide useful first-game evidence, not established season-long identities. Track which players handled the competitive minutes and which combinations produced the work before comparing a large margin with a close finish.
